Excuse me for being so absent with blogging. Life has been pretty busy here in the Engfer household.

I have news......

Austin made the Freshman Golf team!
So exciting for him. He is the 4th generation of excellent golfers within the "Pruden" family. His Grandfathers and Uncle would be so proud of him. His Uncle John (my brother) was the Captain of BHS Golf Team in 1988. His Uncle died before Austin was born, however the legacy contines.

Congrats Austin!!!

Golf??? Not that it isn't a noble sport--I have an uncle who is a retired PGA pro and others in my household are avid fans but...

It is baseball season. Take me out to the ballpark, take me out to the crowd....

oh, but congrats austin. truly. That's a tough team to make--have to perform on cue! I'm sure we'll see you on the fields this summer. Just wish they hadn't switched the doggone high school seasons around.

He started playing golf 3 summers ago. Just came naturally I guess.

My Dad was asked to go pro when I was a youngin' he declined because of all the travelin he'd hafta do.

I too will miss the baseball diamonds. Wuz a real bummer he didn't make the team. Believe me his travel coach was LESS THAN happy. Let us know Matty's schedule so we can come watch!
With the tough commitment in Golf and Lola playing Borderline, we will be sure to fit in time to see Matty play :)

Robin, Buffy is Lola's coach for VB! This pic is one of my most fav's of John. Austin resembles his Uncle quite a bit.

Say hey to Buffy for me. I'm sure I'll run in to her one of these days.

R, I will be sure to, will see her tonite at practice. I've run into her several times when I'd grocery shop with Mark at Kroger's in Lambertville. She has FOUR kids!
